Claire has provided sports medicine support and specialist conditioning for professional athletes and football clubs, recreational exercisers and patient groups including knee and hip replacement, ACL-reconstruction and knee cartilage patients, to name a few. Claire contributes significantly to the scientific research in this area and her specialist knowledge and first-hand experience has helped people get back to sport and activities safely and successfully. She’s also helped healthy athletes excel across a range of sports including running, powerlifting and Brazilian jiu-jitsu.

Consultations can take place over the phone, by Skype or Facetime, during which you’ll have the opportunity to discuss your goals and restrictions and together with Claire develop a conditioning plan that you’re happy with. Claire’s collaborative network of physiotherapists and surgeon colleagues ensures an expert level of additional clinical input if it is needed.
